영화를 반복적으로 보면서 영어를 배우고 정리하려고 합니다.

how come? + 주어 + 동사

= 어째서 왜? (조금 더 구체적인 이유를 물을 때)

 

how come you missed the bus? (주어 동사)

너 어째서 버스를 놓친거야? 

 

일반 의문문과는 차이가 있음!

Why did you miss the bus (동사 주어) 

 

how come you like him? 

Why do you like him?

 

 

right when / right after / right before

= 바로 직전에 

 

right I went to sleep 

right after the meal 

right before you came here 

 

Right before you came here Nami was here. 

너 여기 오기 직전까지는 나미가 있었어. 

 

Right when you asked me if I had a name, I thought..

Yes! he's right! I do need a name. 

 

Nami loves you. 를 강조하고 싶다면

Nami does love you.

= 금세 순식간에

 

In the second, you read a whole book. 

완전 순삭긴에 너는 그 책을 다 읽어버렸어.

내가 너한테 이름이 뭐냐고 물어본 순간에

= 작동하다 효과가 있다

내 폰 작동이 안돼

내가 어떻게 작동 되는지 알고 싶어?

= 가능하다. 만들다

 

You can make it! 

너는 할수 있어

너 해냈구나 

 

 

What makes me me is my ability to grow through my experiences. 

나를 나로 만드는 건 경험을 통해서 성장하는 능력이야

= 익숙해지다 

 

You will get used to working in there.

너 거기서 일하는거 다 익숙해질꺼야.

카메라 앞에서 이야기하는거 익숙해질꺼야. 

 

get the hang of it 

= 감잡았어

 

 Once you start practicing this you will get the hang of it eventually! 

너이거 계속 연습하면 결국 익숙해지고 감 잡을꺼야 

 

Let me teach you to speak better English, you will get the hang of it after a while. 

영어 더 잘 할수 있게 도와드릴께요 나중엔 더 익숙해질꺼예요
